Welcome to TECO Survival! By joining our server, you agree to follow these Terms of Service (ToS). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing on TECO Survival, you agree to:

  • Follow all rules outlined in this document.
  • Comply with decisions made by server staff and administrators.
  • Understand that your use of the server is at your own risk.

2. Server Rules

All players must follow these basic rules:

  1. No griefing – Do not destroy or steal other players’ builds or items.
  2. No cheating – Mods, hacks, or exploits that give unfair advantage are prohibited.
  3. Respect others – Harassment, hate speech, racism, or offensive language will not be tolerated.
  4. No advertising – Do not promote other servers, websites, or services without permission.
  5. Follow staff instructions – Staff decisions are final.

Breaking the rules may result in temporary or permanent bans.

3. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for your account and any actions made through it.
  • Sharing accounts is discouraged and may result in penalties.

4. Content Ownership

  • All builds, creations, and content on the server remain the property of the creator.
  • By submitting content on the server, you give staff permission to use screenshots or media for server promotion.

5. Server Administration

  • Administrators and moderators have the right to warn, mute, kick, or ban players who violate rules.
  • Staff can remove any content that violates server rules or the law.

6. Liability

  • TECO Survival is not responsible for:
    • Lost items, builds, or progress.
    • Any personal issues, computer errors, or account problems.
  • Use the server at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

  • Terms of Service may be updated at any time.
  • Players are responsible for reviewing changes. Continued play means you accept the updated ToS.
